Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.

Simple but extremely comfortable our second home has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing getaway! Fully equipped kitchen with open-concept, cozy living room. Two double bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second level. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the master bedroom balcony. A sunroom on the main floor completes this welcoming cottage.
