Lil’ Sea Sass is a 3 BR vintage beach cottage that is nestled in the dunes offering unparalleled ocean views and is located in a very private serene setting. This oasis is near the end of a private road and then down a long drive — with free guaranteed parking for 2+ cars! Amenities include: gas fireplace, fire table, FAST WIFI, central AC & heat, and an outdoor shower.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

While there is a feeling of privacy, you are close to stores and other conveniences. There are many walking trails nearby and beaches for outdoor activities. NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

Located in Cape Cod's oldest town, it is only a short ride to Sandy Neck, Town Neck, shops, restaurants & Tree House Brewery.

Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
