Beach Escape

Private, sandy beach across the street on warm, calm Buzzards Bay. Spectacular sunsets over back marsh/pond. This newly renovated rustic, sunny, summer cottage is a studio for two adults. It offers pull out king sofa with two comfortable lounging chairs. Two unit electric stovetop, Keurig, propane grill, enclosed outdoor shower only. No children/pets/SMOKERS. Please bring your own toiletries, sheets,towels. Biking, walking trails nearby. No Cape Cod bridges or traffic. A piece of heaven.

Lionsgate at Cohasset

Lionsgate is the perfect retreat to refresh the soul. Newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with comfortable amenities provide a home away from feel. Enjoy a roaring fire in a rustic cabin during the winter or the coolness of a mini split in the summer. Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The ocean offers abundant recreation opportunities as well as plentiful parks for hiking and biking. A must visit.

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just miles from Horseneck Beach. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Waterfront Cabin on Long Pond

Dick's Cabin on Long Pond is so close to the water that you can hear waves lap on the shore as you drift to sleep. Lay in bed and watch the sunrise or enjoy lake views while sipping coffee on the screened porch. A kitchenette is just off the bedroom. The living room has a working fireplace and eating area. The waterfront is just outside the cabin with fantastic swimming, small dock and the use of a canoe. Perfect for nature lovers, fishermen and those wanting a retreat from modern life.

Note: Previously occupied by a year-round renter; now available again for summer stays. (Friday-Friday) Enjoy sunset views on Bakers Pond with access for kayaking around the shoreline. This three-story pine cabin offers an upstairs primary bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, and full bath. An open main-level kitchen and living area with a 3/4 bath, and a walkout lower level with a second bedroom featuring two twin beds. A sliding door opens to a patio with access to the pond.

Cathedral ceiling, skylights, French doors and cottage windows deliver tons of light without sacrificing privacy. Large, exclusive shaded patio is just 50' away from the fun on Commercial Street. Large custom tiled shower with two luxurious shower heads. Slate floors throughout. No smoking. One small dog (<20lbs) considered upon request.

Castleway cottage is a rustic & historic 1100 sq foot three season cottage, steps from the Pamet River which opens up into Cape Cod Bay, 1 mile south of Corn Hill Beach. Built in the 1890's as an artist's colony, Castleway is one of 8 Sladeville cottages built by Mr. Slade, which are steps from private riverfront on the Pamet River. Bring your kayaks, canoes and floats ! Pet friendly.

Access to coffee shops, restaurants, and beaches along the Cape Cod Rail Trail depending on how far you would like to walk or bike!

This cottage is one of two nearly identical cottages, located in a shady haven, directly across from a quiet Bay Beach. Both have just recently been updated. Friendship Cottages are in a very desirable area for recreation, and is an especially safe area for children and pets. The convenience of the beach to the cottages enables families flexibility with their schedules. One has immediate access to their own lodging and facilities.
