Slide open the glass doors in the lounge and master bedroom, step onto one of two balconies for majestic views of the city and Table Mountain. This industrial-style, double-volume loft has high ceilings and exposed brick walls with a relaxed local feel. The comfortably furnished duplex apartment sleeps two and is suitable for both corporate travelers and holiday makers. The bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs, with open-plan living area on the lower floor. There are two large balconies, one on each floor. The loft is in De Waterkant, adjacent to the Cape Quarter, close to coffee shops, restaurants, a gourmet supermarket, upmarket shopping, the CBD, V&A Waterfront, and Cape Town Stadium. The CTICC with Table Mountain, cable car, and beaches are nearby. Well-located for easy access to major freeways Car rental facilities and conveniently located close to the MyCity bus route

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town.
