Private separate batchelor flatlet en suite and private braai area. This budget accommodation is basic and comfortable. With a double bed and sleeper couch, it can sleep up to 4 guests. Very basic amenities supplied, ie fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and braai area. Beautifully positioned in the heart of Kommetjie, amongst the Milkwoods, walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We offer a relaxed, laid back and comfortable space to enjoy the beauty of our piece of paradise!

Happy Van

This unique and comfortable caravan is set in the most beautiful part of Cape Town - Scarborough. Perfect for the avid surfer and kite surfer to soak up some waves. Only 8 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minute drive to Cape Point, and hiking trails all around to enjoy the wonderful beauty of nature. In addition, this little peace of heaven is also close (walking distance) to all restaurants and local shops. We have beautiful, newly installed wood fired hot tub. Wood is for sale at R100 a bag.

The little caravan surf shack

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Our beautiful caravan surf shack is pet friendly and has its own private entrance , courtyard and braai facilities. Situated in the heart of the Deep South we are no more than 10 -15 minutes drive from all the major surfing , snorkeling and swimming hot spots. Around the corner of Cape Point nature Reserve and various nature trails. Surrounded by restaurants, bars outdoor activities This great get away is ideal for adventurous outdoor people.

Pringle Bay Express

The Pringle Bay Express is a train by the beach! The restored early 1900s carriage, once the home of a local actress, is now a beach house sleeping up to 6 people. In the garden outside the main bedroom is a KolKol wood-fired hottub (for self-assembly by guests) - great after a swim! The pristine main beach is a 3-minute walk away, with 1km of white sand for walking and swimming and a great view of the sunset over False Bay. Shops and several excellent restaurants are a 10-minute walk away.

The Avery - Kalk Bay

The Avery came about when our Jurgen’s caravan of 15 years was taking a serious hammering from exposure to the elements yet we didn’t want to dispose of it because of its fond memories. That along with a very old tree - home to a range of birds including the beautiful sounding weavers (thus The Avery) - and a unutilised part of our property, we decided to marry the two. The result is a private and unique stay within walking distance to everything that Kalk Bay has to offer.
