It includes one king bed, five queen beds, bunk beds (Double and Twin), four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a television. A pull-out sectional is also available. A large elevated 1200-square-foot deck with ocean and bridge views is the perfect setting for any occasion. It includes table seating and a large propane BBQ. Licence # 4009073

Dormeo mattresses and flax linen bedding will be sure to lull you to sleep if the sound of the waves don’t beat them to it.

Built in 2022, Cape House was thoughtfully designed to cater to multigenerational families and groups with children. The house sits on a large lot, with plenty of room for games and gatherings. It is set just one lot back from the water, with stair access to the beach.
