Fisherman’s Paradise

Welcome to Bay Haven! This home is the perfect place for your Summer vacation, fishing trips, or weekend getaways. Bring your fishing boat because the NYS boat launch is a short 30 second walk down the road where you’ll find world class fishing. After a day of exploring Northern New York, come home for dinner and cozy up in front of the fireplace with a good book. This home is perfect for a family or a small group looking to spend time in the area and enjoy Lake Ontario during all four seasons.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

The Cape Cottage On The River

Take a break and unwind at this charming Little Cottage that offers a loft bedroom full kitchen and bathroom. Located right outside the village of Cape Vincent with water access for swimming kayaking or just relaxing and fishing off the dock. The Cottage sits to the back of this beautiful property along with a Farmhouse and CarriageHouse and is located across the street from the St Lawerence River. If your looking to dock your boat we offer dock space. linens are supplied but not bath towels

At the heart of Cape Vincent, relax in this 1858 building, once home to the village newspaper. An upstairs apartment, above The Fig and Fox 1858 shop (vintage and provisions) and just across from a wonderful coffee shop & cafe, brewery, gift shops, grocery store, & ice cream! Just a block from watching the ships travel between the Great Lakes and Atlantic Ocean on the St. Lawrence River Seaway, village dock, and local history museum. Minutes from Tibbetts Point Lighthouse & area attractions.

Muddy Paws on Mud Bay!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is plenty of room for parking, multiple vehicles or boats. Lots of room for family fun activities indoor and outdoor. Take a walk on the dock to the water for the views, fishing, kayaking and boating in the summer. It’s just a short walk down the private drive to Snug Harbor Restaurant/Bar for those nights you don’t want to cook! This is a four season cottage. WIFI is free to all guests. Pet friendly with a fee! Grill on site

Wolfe Island Oasis

Welcome to our cozy country retreat. Our guesthouse offers everything you need to unplug from the hustle of the city. Whether its enjoying a coffee on the lounge chair while watching the sunrise; stargazing on the patio; enjoying an evening stroll at sunset; or falling asleep under our son's handcrafted cedar strip canoe: this retreat was designed to maximize a unique experience. The building is completely separate from our family hobby-farm and offers a secluded space for our guests.

Thousand Island Clayton Home Pet Friendly & Quiet

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

This house is perfect for nature lovers, stargazers, and those seeking to unwind. Sip your morning coffee while spotting deer and wild turkey. Spend your day exploring, relaxing on the deck, or visiting town for waterfront dining and quaint shops. At night, enjoy breathtaking stargazing under wide-open skies, free from city lights.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Charming and Historic Waterfront Escape in Town

Beautiful home on the St. Lawrence river with a sweeping backyard and stunning sunset views. Waterfront perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Wonderful view from the kitchen and living room. Sleep in the fresh air with windows open and nod off to the sounds of the river. The center of town is a short walk away and the light house where lake and river meet is just 2 miles away.
