Piccolo Paradiso SOUTH-EAST

Piccolo Paradiso SOUTH-EAST is a NEWLY BUILT Sea Front Villa with a Private Pool ★★★★ It is one of 3 holiday homes (Piccolo Paradiso SOUTH-WEST, SOUTH and SOUTH-EAST) on the south side of the island Korčula. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and blessed with a spectacular view, each house is designed to make the best of outdoor living with a private spacious terrace, barbeque and pool, only 70 meters away from the sea. Stairs to the sea provide access to a small rocky semiprivate beach.

We are delighted to offer one of the most unique accommodations in Croatia, in the abandoned eco-ethno village of Humac. Villa dates back to 1880, and it was completely renovated in 2020. We renovated the entire outdoor space and some inside space at summer 2023. Our house had beautifull outside terrace with private pool and beautifull seaview . ALso had one covered outside terrace . You can use 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms , 2 kitchen and 2 bathroom . House has 150 m2 interior space so you can feel very comfortable . We also offer you in the price included : our private parking and beach .

Seaside apartment with a charming view

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
