A sea captain's villa, beside the sea with views!

Restored from a ruin over 7 years, this house benefits from panoramic sea views, access to the sea, as well as having a pool. If you're looking to escape, you might come and never want to leave! There are lots of water activities for all ages. If you'd just like to look at the sea, but prefer ambling, there are coast as well as hill walks. Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.

Old Town Villa "Carpe Diem"

Carpe Diem is an air-conditioned entire house accomodation, set among old town core 500m from everything. There are 5 floors - first floor is an entrance with wine cellar, sauna and first bathroom. Next two upper floors are open-type bedrooms, each equipped with double bed and own bathroom. The entire fourth floor is a rustic styled kitchen, and the fifth floor is an under roof loft with an additional fifth and sixth single bed and sat-tv. We renovated the entire outdoor space and some inside space at summer 2023. Our house had beautifull outside terrace with private pool and beautifull seaview . ALso had one covered outside terrace . You can use 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms , 2 kitchen and 2 bathroom . House has 150 m2 interior space so you can feel very comfortable . We also offer you in the price included : our private parking and beach .
