A recently restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Casa de Chema es un ático histórico de 120 metros totalmente restaurado en uno de los pocos edificios del siglo XVIII que quedan en Málaga.
