A recently restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Casa de Chema es un ático histórico de 120 metros totalmente restaurado en uno de los pocos edificios del siglo XVIII que quedan en Málaga. Su estilo arquitectónico llamado " patio de Beatas" considera el patio como elemento central y alma del edificio siendo enseña de la arquitectura malagueña. Es de un ambiente acogedor, sencillo y con personalidad donde se pretende que el huésped se encuentre cómodo, confortable y viva una grata experiencia en un piso restaurado con mucho cariño.
