This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.

Around 40 mins walk along pretty coastal path, 5 minutes by road or take the short coastal train journey to St Ives. Local shop and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Bus and train stops close by to explore St Ives and the rest of Cornwall which have excellent beaches, art, history, eateries and countryside.
