The apartment is a stone's throw from a supermarket, the promenade is directly opposite, and there are 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is a modern conversion of an elegant Edwardian end of terrace house with a sea view. South-facing with high ceilings and large windows, natural light fills the rooms. Just a 5 mins stroll to the spectacular Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives yet in a quiet area for a relaxing stay. All of St Ives stunning beaches are easy walking distance. An off- road, private parking space is right outside the flat so you avoid the hassle and considerable expense of parking in St Ives.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.
