This brand new addition is attached to the original schoolhouse for the Town of Carbondale, built in 1883 and located in what is now called Satank, a quiet neighborhood in Carbondale. The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
