The Riverfront Oasis with indoor/outdoor Jacuzzis

Luxurious one bedroom cottage located directly on the banks of the Roaring Fork River, over 300 feet of gold medal waters, your own private boat launch. Enjoy the riverside campfire and gazebo for outdoor dining while watching rafts and dory boats float by. Expect to see some of our common sightings of eagles, ospreys, great blue heron, deer and elk. Southern exposure allows for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets while the beautifully landscape property includes idyllic ponds, streams and gardens.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, a/c and a fireplace. Pets allowed upon approval with a pet fee. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.

Our unit in Carbondale located on 150 acres of our families private working ranch located on the east side of Carbondale. The guest suite has a private entrance with excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Carbondale. The space is comfortable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4. Plenty of sunshine and room to relax after a day of skiing, fishing or hiking! Please be aware that we are on a gravel dirt road. No need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle but can be wet.

Welcome to our quiet neighborhood and "Tiny House". The SMALL, simple, clean, ADULT ONLY space is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house, nicely situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale. It's also perfect for exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. ** Please note that Tiny House is SMALL so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces. *Aspen is a 40 min. drive from the property. *Glenwood Springs is a 20 min. drive from the property.

The Sage House, our gorgeous, modern, mountain home on the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing, rafting, paddleboarding or just relaxing. Like to bike ride? So do we. Red Barn Suite at Four Mile Creek Guest Cabins

The suite was originally the milking room of our historic red barn. A queen sized bed, full bath with a claw foot tub, full kitchen and a gas (free standing) fireplace make the Barn Suite a unique and pleasing country getaway. Starting January 1, 2025 we will not be serving breakfast but we will be providing Coffee, Teas and creamer in the cabins.
