The house is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and relaxing so all you need to pack is your food and family. The house is fully airconditioned but is also be kept cool by sea breezes through open windows and doors. The house is approximately 500m walking distance to a beautiful clean beach.

This tastefully decorated modern villa has an A/C open plan kitchen, living and dining area which opens on to the tranquil outdoor living and pool area. The two air conditioned bedrooms are spacious, one offering a queen bed and a single, the other offering a double with a roll away trundle. Whilst the villa caters for six guests, max adults is four. The property provides a modern sanctuary for a couple or a young family wishing to get away from it all and enjoy time out at the beach.

There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and a fully fenced yard, Litoria provides the perfect getaway for couples or small families (including the furry kind). Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. Modern cottage in traditional Queenslander style, just a few minutes drive to the beach, to cafes, restaurants and retail shops. Relax on our organic fruit farm with stunning views to world heritage rainforest. There are little touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Plenty of room for families.

Adjoined by rainforest, our place is handily positioned between beautiful Bingil Bay Beach (200m) and the wonderful Bingil Bay Café (200m). The accommodation is the bottom part of a large Queenslander house with access to the pool and extensive gardens. With its own access and carport you are completely self sufficient but we are available to lend you bicycles or point you to the walking tracks. Be active or do nothing, we are private but not remote.

The area has many attractions close by Paronella Park, Etty Bay where you will see cassowaries walking along the beach, Babinda Boulders, Josephine falls, the Mamu canopy walk, white water rafting in Tully and Mission beach just to name a few
