Dotata di ogni comfort, questa abitazione gode di una bellissima vista mare e del kitesurf spot di Punta Trettu, dal quale dista solamente 50 metri. Potrete rilassarvi e prendere il sole sulla ampia terrazza che si affaccia sul giardinetto privato e sul mare. Alloggio ideale per chi visita questo luogo per fare kitesurf ma non solo, infatti siamo a pochi km dalle migliori spiagge.

La casa è immersa in un terreno incantevole, uno dei punti più belli dell'isola, dietro alla spiaggia di Lucaise a cui si accede a piedi con sentiero privato. E' dotata di tutti i comfort ed in perfetto stato. Si vive soprattutto all'esterno dove si trovano le terrazze su più livelli con tavolo e barbecue in pietra e doccia esterna. Sotto vi sono 2 camere principali e un bagno. Ogni stanza ha accesso indipendente al terrazzo. Sopra si trovano la sala/cucina, un bagno e un soppalco con 2 letti.

The apartment has a small backyard with an outdoor shower and area to hang out beach wear and laundry. The bathroom has also a separate shower and a washing machine. On the first floor a double bedroom complete with wardrobes and a beach view. The apartment gets a fresh marine breeze and has a ceiling fan in the dining area.

Our holiday home is ideal for couples, offering private access to the sea just 10 meters from the house and located only a 10-minute walk from the center of Carloforte. In the same space on the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a sofa bed (potentially for children), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying peaceful evenings.
