The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Si affitta appartamento appena arredato nel pieno centro dell'isola di Sant'antioco, dotato di due camere da letto, salone con divano-letto e alcuni libri che potrete leggere, cucina e bagno, più uso cortile e posto moto coperto. Ogni camera è caratterizzata da un quadro di Tamara De Lempicka. Nel cortile troverete a spasso una tartaruga e la mattina Tea, una tranquilissima beagle di 13 anni. Si informa che l'aria condizionata è presente solo nelle due camere da letto, non nel salone
