This lovely home greets you with a front garden full of desert plants. Inside, there is a lovely open concept living room ( with full size fold out bed), dining space with seats for 6, and stocked kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. You will love the charming decor and a fabulous location on a quiet tree lined street that is walkable to grocery stores, the River walk, and restaurants. Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. La Fuente

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
