Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed, trundle sofa/twin bed, full bath, ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Pet friendly! If you love the country and animals this is for you. Nestled among the Oak and Sycamore in the Carpinteria Foothills lies 3 cozy but luxurious fully-equipped Airstream's. 'Blue Agave' sleeps up to 4. (1 bed, 1 couch that makes into a bed) 2 beds total 'White Sage' sleeps 2. 1 bed 'Red Oak' sleep 2-3. 1 bed and 1 side bench that can be made into a bed for a small person Ranch life at it's finest. 5 minutes away from the worlds safest beach and 15 minutes from Santa Barbara.

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Mountain View - Serenity Minutes from Downtown

Amazing view of mountains and undeveloped coastal hills. This quiet studio situated in natural setting, was once the master suite for the original house. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Enjoy our beautiful beach view and sunsets from our home by taking advantage of our lovely 6,000 sq ft terraced backyard.
