This Ski-in-ski-out condo is across from the health and fitness center (pool/hot tubs/gym/cafe). Walk 10 minutes or take the free shuttle to the Sugarloaf Mountain Village. Just a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus. It is directly next to the Snubber Trail and Lift mid-station. A nearby trail system links to the Nordic Center for skiing, biking, and snowshoeing. Very comfy King size bed, twin bed, pull out couch, full size refrigerator and a 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu... Ideal location!!

This cozy ski-in/ski-out studio condo offers direct access to the slopes and is conveniently located on the winter shuttle route, ensuring exceptional ease of access. After a day on the slopes, take advantage of onsite amenities, such as a pool and hot tub, available for an additional fee. Sugarloaf Mt: on the mountain, pool, hot tub

Note: the sauna and hot tubs are NOT available in the summer and fall. On a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook in Snowbrook Village, it is quiet and secluded. We are right next to the cross-country skiing, walking/hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails. Walk approximately 700’ (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber ski lift or take the free shuttle that stops at the corner of the road and our parking lot every 20-30 minutes, depending on time of day.
