Bed & Bookfest guest cottage in the ❤️ of downtown

Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Each room has individual wall units for custom temp control, living space has TV with Firestick for streaming and Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

The Yates Cottage

Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Enjoy a breath of fresh air in this chic 2 bed, 2 bath third floor condo overlooking Taylor Creek, Carrot Island, the occasional dolphin pod or wild horse sighting, and all that Beaufort has to offer! Enjoy the scent of Black Sheep’s wood fired pizza wafting up to the balcony, grab a ferry to Shackleford, take a walk down Front St or simply relax on one of two outdoor decks in the sun. You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

Public access & walking distance to the Sound, ample parking, excellent restaurants nearby, plentiful shopping, and more! A short drive away is Beaufort, an historic town with much to do! We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Pet friendly 1 bedroom unit with a view!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .
