Ha grandi spazi esterni godibili di giorno per la colazione vista mare e di sera per lo scenario dei magnifici tramonti e del mare notturno. E' in quartiere centralissimo ma al di fuori del traffico e dei rumori. Ha 2 camere da letto comode (possibile aggiunta culla o lettino bebè), grande salone doppio e 2 bagni con doccia centrale. Cucina con stoviglie e biancheria fornita, lavatrice e micronde.

Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.
