Casa Amena, suspended between the sky and the sea, located on the hill of “Neso” (Oneso) which overlooks the town of Lacco Ameno, worldwide famous for its thermal waters. It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. La struttura è in pieno centro storico a trecento metri dal Duomo di Napoli, Museo del Tesoro di San Gennaro, via dei Tribunali. La linea 1 della metropolitana è a 500 metri, la linea 2 a 300 metri. La stazione centrale dista venti minuti a piedi o con la metro linea 2 una sola fermata. Difronte la struttura c'è il Museo di Arte Contemporanea MADRE nel quale vengono organizzati molti eventi. Il Museo Archeologico Nazionale dista 500 metri LA TERRAZZA E' PRIVATA, USO ESCLUSIVO DEI NOSTRI OSPITI.

Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.
