Gorgeous Golf Casita located within the JW Marriott Resort’s luxury area, about a block from the trail head and with plenty of wildlife to see around every day. This casita has a private porch and is half a block away from the resort’s facilities that are not included for my guests (the resort charges for that): olympic heated swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, and the Club House, which has a good restaurant/sports bar. Excellent location, minutes from downtown, UofA, and restaurants.

This house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The space is great for two people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. There is a full kitchen with microwave, range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. The backyard patio is fenced in for privacy and is equipped with a small gas bbq grill. Dedicated carport that fits one car, but more parking available in the driveway.
