Semi-Private and cozy in-law apartment in the lower level of our year-round lake front home. The space includes a full kitchen, bedroom with private 3-piece bathroom and a living/dining combo. Step out from the apartment onto a large deck overlooking a 340 acre all-sports lake. Paddle boat and kayaks incl. Winter activities include proximity to Swiss Valley Ski Resort. (10 miles) 300 foot walk to evening dining and cocktails. 30 minutes to Kalamazoo and 50 minutes from South Bend, IN.

It has a very fun private lakefront on Dewey Lake, with a private dock and a small private beach area. Completely gated yard, tons of outdoor furniture, and a fire ring for bonfires and s'mores! Sleeps 20 with 7 bedrooms, 13 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms! The home is dog-friendly and child-friendly and is truly a wonderful lakefront getaway for families and groups both large and small!

Great Room has 14' redwood plank cathedral ceiling; fireplace at one end, kitchen at the other. Hardwood flooring throughout. Sunporch (with new sofa and Loveseat) faces the lake, with wrap-around deck beyond that. New Split/Mini ac/heat system.

Have fun with the whole family at the Four Elms cottage on Diamond Lake. Steps away from private beach swimming area and a block away from the marina that rents boats by the day. Access to the property’s private pier also included. The property is 20 miles from Swiss Valley ski resort, only a couple miles away from the Cass County Snowmobile trail system, and only a 30-40 minute drive to the Notre Dame campus.
