We offer our house to you. Fully stocked. Lake toys including: kayaks; boat dock; sandy access; paddle board; paddle boat; some floatation devices for you to use. All sport lake; good fishing; rarely crowded. Connected to quiet Lewis Lake. Great sunrises and sunsets. Please see our guide for all the activities in the area. It has a very fun private lakefront on Dewey Lake, with a private dock and a small private beach area. Completely gated yard, tons of outdoor furniture, and a fire ring for bonfires and s'mores! Sleeps 20 with 7 bedrooms, 13 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms! The home is dog-friendly and child-friendly and is truly a wonderful lakefront getaway for families and groups both large and small!

Located within walking distance (about 200 feet) from Marion Magnolia Farms wedding venue. This listing is for the lower level of the home and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. We look forward to hosting guest and are excited about our close proximity to the wedding venue. There is plenty of parking and photogenic areas for wedding pictures.
