Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi it’s also ideal for remote working. Nearby, you’ll find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets, all easily accessible walkwise.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Lovely location. Lovely kitchen with a sea view. Careful interior design, with plenty of reuse. a beautiful place to stay, and the location is amazing! Garden stunning seaview. Genuine Waterfront Mediterranean apartment in Villa, between Rome and Naples, like an Oasi of quiet and calm after a day in the near city. It is a summerhouse so the beach must be within 5 minutes walking and it really is! This is a home, not just an apartment.. near Sperlonga Climb :-)

Bellissimo attico bilocale luminosissimo e fresco a Sperlonga, nella parte moderna del paese. A pochi metri da piazza Fontana nel cuore del borgo. La casa dispone di un ampio terrazzo per colazione e cene all'aperto riparati da una ampia tenda da sole dove è obbligatorio rilassarsi ascoltando il rumore delle onde accarezzati dalla dalla fresca brezza marina e dai magnifici tramonti regalandovi una vacanza in una magica atmosfera.

Heaven is a Place on Earth

This villa has been built in the 50es on a cliff right above the sea, a walk to the closest beach, scissure, takes about 5 to 10min. It is composed by two separated houses. This one is only showing the JUNIOR house, the other listing I have in Gaeta, called 'Heaven on Earth', shows the SENIOR villa. Private parking with 2 car spots. Access to the sea is direct and quite steep, 300mts, the shore is rocky but accessible.

“Diamante” è uno splendido appartamento che affaccia sulla rinomata spiaggia di Serapo composto da un ampio salone con cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali con piano laptop, un bagno con bidet, doccia, set di cortesia e asciugacapelli. Ogni stanza ha climatizzatore autonomo, TV a schermo piatto, connessione Wi-Fi, prese a muro USB e il proprio terrazzo vista mare.
