Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Avec sa grande terrasse ensoleillée face à la mer et le port, cet appartement calme typiquement niçois vous charmera à coup sûr. A deux pas de la colline du château (et sa belle vue sur la baie des anges), des plages, du vieux Nice et du marché au fleurs Accès direct par le tram 2 (terminus Port Lympia) en provenance de l'aéroport ou tram 1 depuis la gare (Garibaldi).
