La casa si compone di cucina, ampio soggiorno con divani, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con vasca e doccia. Davanti la casa un ampio spazio esterno arredato con tavolo e divani. Una vasca idromassaggio esterna regala agli ospiti momenti esclusivi di benessere.

Ai Demani, Pollina Villa con piscina

La villa Ai Demani si trova nel territorio di Pollina, nel parco delle Madonie, a soli 10 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge e dal mare e a 25 minuti da Cefalu' e 15 da Castelbuono. Il luogo è ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura nel cui pieno rispetto la villa è stata ristrutturata.E' stata infatti dotata di pannelli solari, cappotto termico, colonnina per ricaricare le auto elettriche e impianto solare termico per la produzione di acqua calda e riscaldamento.

Gabbiano

L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.
