È dotato di una cucina abitabile con vista sul golfo, tavola per 6 persone, terrazzino per colazioni all'aperto, ampio salone con divano 6 posti, TV, scrivania e grande tavolo. L'ampia stanza da letto è dotata di letto matrimoniale, armadio cassettiera e scrivania, l'altra stanza da letto di circa 15 m2 con letto matrimoniale e armadio,il bagno è provvisto di doccia. connessione Wifi gratuita, possibilità letto aggiuntivo.

Offre una posizione ottima per visitare diversi luoghi d' interesse archeologico ( Pompei,Ercolano ecc) e paesaggistico ( Costriera Amalfitana/Sorrentina, Capri,Ischia,Procida).L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 ospiti avendo 2 camere da letto.Una camera con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto a castello,entrambe le camere hanno un bagno all'nterno.Tassa di soggiorno di 1€ a persona al giorno.

Located in the first floor, this apartment has direct access to our 500 SQM garden and also to a privet courtyard. Access to our beautiful panoramic terrace is granted to our guest also. There is an adjacent bedroom with and independent entry that can be booked separately. It the second bedroom is booked 4 guest can be accommodated in the apt.

On the 4 FLOOR NO LIFT The municipality of castellammare has introduced the tourist tax for non-resident guests equal to 1 euro per person per day for a maximum of 7 days. this fee will be collected by the host upon arrival and a payment receipt will be issued

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

A few steps from the apartment is the Eav Bus stop for Sorrento/Meta, with departures every 20 minutes.
