Il bellissimo alloggio luminoso e soleggiato di Margherita, con vista mozzafiato sul bacino di San Marco, si affaccia sul parco della Marinaressa. Il restauro risalta le travature e gli elementi originali della casa. E' dotato di due ampie camere, cucina, soggiorno ed un bagno. Una scala porta al suggestivo sottotetto dal quale si può ammirare l'isola di San Giorgio. E’ ideale per famiglie, o coppie che vogliono trascorrere un’esperienza indimenticabile nella Venezia più viva e caratteristica.

Exceptionally and for short stays there is also a 145x195cm sofa-bed to be opened/closed every day in the kitchen/living room.. A fully-equipped kitchen, wi fi and washing machine - and a small courtyard. 20 minutes walk from San Marco, 3 from the ferry stop, 2 from Biennale. Via Garibaldi (3 minutes away) has all the shops and food places you need. City tax 4e adult; 2e child 10-16, for first 5 days only.

The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.

Renovated with quality materials, design furniture and very comfortable! 2 bathrooms in the room plus a third bathroom are a rarity. Furthermore the area is very central (5 minutes from Rialto) but very quiet. The underlying canal with continuous passage of gondolas is a delight for guests. Vedere le gondole ed essere in posizione centrale a due passi da Rialto. È un monolocale con bagno , avviso che dopo le 18 il check in é possibile su richiesta a pagamento ( 30 euro e dopo le 21 sono 50 euro)diteci orario di arrivo almeno una settimana prima ,per favore mandatemi le foto dei documenti con Airbnb e anche la vostra mail così vi mando il video
