Una scala porta al suggestivo sottotetto dal quale si può ammirare l'isola di San Giorgio. E’ ideale per famiglie, o coppie che vogliono trascorrere un’esperienza indimenticabile nella Venezia più viva e caratteristica.

The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.

Furthermore the area is very central (5 minutes from Rialto) but very quiet. The underlying canal with continuous passage of gondolas is a delight for guests.
