Private entrance through the backyard with access to to the outdoor patio. Right in the heart of Castle Rock. 5 minutes from the Outlets, 45 min from the airport, 25 min from Denver. PLEASE NOTE - Our family lives upstairs including kids, some noise can be heard from below specially weekday mornings, evenings and weekends

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

This unique place has a style all its own! Immaculate, 750 sq ft bright apartment, attached to house but has it's own private entrance! Walk into a livingroom & kitchenette, down a hallway to a bathroom & then a full size bedroom. LR/ Kitchen has-cable TV, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven & a snack basket! The bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. The bathroom has astand up shower with bench. We hope you feel Welcome & Cozy!! :)

Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.
