It is within a short walking distance of the spectacular Caswell and Langland beaches and the charming coastal village of Mumbles with its quaint shops, bars, cafes and galleries. There is a local butchers and news agents nearby and a pub a short walk away. At Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts there are tennis courts and a brasserie.

Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.

With a choice of coffee shops, restaurants, a golf club, and a convenience store with a fantastic ice cream counter there is everything you need on your doorstep. Number 27 Heatherslade Road is tucked away in a quiet road within walking distance of all amenities.
