Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

Active since May 2022 and now managed directly by the owner, it is located on the third floor without a lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, small terrace and laundry. From the balcony you can admire the beauty of the Etna volcano.
