This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Toddys Cottage is suitable for a family, couples or small group of friends who want a break away in a rural peaceful setting. Nestled in beautiful country farmland and only 5 minute drive to local town Ballinagh where there is shops, pubs, restaurants, & pharmacy. Beautiful area for walking & fishing as Cavan is renowned for its rivers and lakes. 4 New stables are available to rent separately and also Toddy’s Hideaway studio is new on same grounds as Cottage sleeping 2 and can be rented also.

Cloverhill Gate Lodge

This old stone cottage built between 1830 -1850 is tucked away at the archway entrance to the Cloverhill Estate. This cottage is surrounded by gardens and woodland. The magic of this cottage is undeniable . Originally built for the Gate Keeper this cottage reflects heritage with rustic simplicity. Though some features and fittings have been replaced, the survival of historic features, including the label mouldings and timber bargeboards add to its character and charm.

Mary cottage at Tonylion house Kilnaleck

Mary’s cottage at Tonylion house is cosy 2 bedroom, both with en-suite, Kitchen and beautiful sunroom looking out over beautiful mature gardens. Outdoor table and chairs. It’s all electric heating. For very hot days there is Air conditioning in the cottage. Wi-Fi and Netflix, sky Tv on 55 inch screen. Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.

Erne River Lodge

Erne River Lodge is a beautiful Scandinavian style lodge on the banks of the River Erne close to the bustling village of Belturbet in County Cavan. A cosy wood burning stove, magnificent Buschbeck BBQ, two covered decks and an enclosed private outdoor hot-tub area provide a relaxing end to a busy day outdoors.
