It has a porch with a water view, one block from the Gulf, and is in the center of town. Not a stoplight in town. Cedar Key is a tiny fishing village full of artists, musicians, and people who like to fish. Lots of superb restaurants that feature world famous Cedar Key clams and fresh fish. Sunsets here are terrific!

This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.
