There is a private dock on the intercostal that when the tide is right you can pull your boat right up to. Also Fish cleaning station. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
