Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Katahdin Retreat Millinocket

Lake house with full view of Katahdin. Paddleboards and kayaks available. It offers a large open kitchen/living room. Cabin has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10. Enjoy a hike, bike, or just soak in the view of Mt. Katahdin from the sauna. There are 5 star restaurants within 1/2 mile, Knife Edge Brewery, Golden Road Yacht Club, River Drivers, Fredricka's. It is 1/2 Mile to NEOC. 8 miles to Baxter State Park or North Woods and Waters National Monument. Don't miss out on this little slice of heaven.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

The perfect lakeside getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.
