Enjoy a picnic and fireworks (during baseball season and 4th of July) on the patio area with a grill perfect for a Texas BBQ. Entire home (approx. 1588 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 living, 1 dining and a beautiful spacious kitchen + gameroom in garage. Enjoy the backyard equipped with a grill and outdoor picnic table. You have access to the whole house including the garage(converted gameroom). You also have access to front and back yard. Home access- keyless entry. Feel free to call/text with any questions. The home is across the street from the Dell Diamond, the Kalahari Resort Waterpark, and several grocery stores. Go for a run on one of the nearby jogging trails in Old Settlers Park. Lake Travis and the city of Austin are a drive away. Magnolia Market, Magnolia Table and Press Coffee Co (Chip and Joanna Gains businesses) are only an hour away. By car. Please park in driveway. Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.
