Sitting at the base of the Grand Mesa, It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, wit a large, covered patio to relax and enjoy fireplace for the cool Colorado evenings. The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. We Have lots of Parking for your boat or ATV

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

The Lake House

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic yet elegant destination. Enjoy the serene Lake and horse arenas that makes this house a gem in the middle of small town Cedaredge at the foot of the Grand Mesa. Lots to do with over 500 acres to explore, hike, or ride your horses right in the center of town. Walk to any festival or just enjoy the quiet seclusion next to the fully stocked 3 acre lake. The Grand Mesa has lakes to fish, trails for horseback riding, skiing and snowmobiling.

After an exciting day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, BBQ or meander down to the creek to relax.

Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies).
