Vittorio Emanuele street house è un luminoso appartamento di 120 metri quadri con 4 balconi, di cui 3 vista mare, a 50 metri dal mare e a 200 metri dal Duomo, situato al terzo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo storico nel pieno centro di Cefalù, di fronte il Lavatoio Medievale, a pochi passi dalla stupenda Porta Pescara e dalla spiaggia. E' stato ristrutturato nel 2019 e si adatta perfettamente alle esigenze di qualunque viaggiatore che sia alla ricerca di un ambiente raffinato e confortevole.

Bathroom with shower and toilet, living area and modern kitchen. A few steps from the Teatro Massimo, Vucciria market, Foro Italico, Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni and shopping streets. Well connected by public transport.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.
