We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. There is access to the back deck with a firepit and relaxing furniture. The apartment has only one private bedroom, but there is a full bed in the sunroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is also a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, along with a comfortable living room space. Plus access to the resort amenities (playground, pool, hot tub) and the beach!
