The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Our home is situated on 6 acres of natural beach frontage. Many guests return to our home each year for the privacy it provides. Local communities offer dining options, grocery stores, banks and shops making it possible to obtain everything you'll need for your stay. Snorkeling, diving and fishing guides are available.

This 1-bedroom oceanfront cottage is situated just above a stunning, mile-long stretch of pink sand beach along Banks Road, Governor’s Harbour, well known for its impressive and affluent residences. The charming, stand-alone cottage is situated in front of the main house on South Beach Estate (not rented). Availability is subject to when the owner is not in residence. Both cottages can be rented together for couples and singles travelling together.
