BEAUTIFUL ,UNINTERRUPTED LAKE VIEWS. Classic KIWI bach which sits on edge of the lake reserve. Sunny, comfortable and very well equipped. The house sleeps 5-6, one queen, 2 singles and a sofa bed. The house is centrally located but very private. Walking access to beach, supermarket, sports ground, library and a very good children’s playground. Warm with full insulation and double glazing. It has a wood burner, heat pump. Continuous hot water. It has a large deck, conservatory and BBQ..

Our newly built stylish, temporary apartment is warm, sunny, & surrounded by an established garden with 80 year old fruit trees. We have a fully functioning kitchen, an underfloor heated tiled bathroom, with full bath to ease those aching muscles after a long ride on the local Rail Trails. Two super comfy Super King beds.

Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do!
