Tex Mex, Italian, Mexican Parrila, Fine Dining, casual Dining, all within 15 minutes. Of course you are welcome to prepare your own food in the fully equipped full kitchen. A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. This barn is the perfect place for a family get together. It has a full kitchen and multiple outdoor cooking options including two grills (one at pool), outdoor griddle or a large smoker. We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Enjoy the homemade cookies and treats left by the host, Judi, as a welcome gift with a cup of coffee in the mornings at the stone firepit. "So peacefull" is the feedback from past guests. The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square.
