After a long day, you can soak in a bubble bath and let your worries melt away. Or enjoy a waterfall shower, equipped with modern amenities and elegant finishes, you will feel as if you are in a 5 star hotel. The heart of this flat is its elegant kitchen, designed to satisfy the needs of foodies. Fully equipped with top of the range appliances and cooking utensils, it invites you to prepare delicious meals with fresh ingredients from local markets. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated through a bar with high stools into the cosy dining room, where you can enjoy your culinary creations while relaxing on comfortable sofas or sharing laughter at the dining table. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso, dentro de una propiedad del siglo XIX totalmente independiente y a estrenar, perfectamente equipado en pleno centro histórico de Madrid. Malasaña es uno de los barrios más vivos de Madrid, situado al lado de la Gran Vía y cerca de la Plaza del Sol, cuenta con una oferta cultural y gastronómica muy variada, ambiente animado por las noches y tranquilo para pasear, disfrutar de sus terrazas al sol o ir de compras.
