Bring hiking boots and fishing tackle to this ranch, which offers catch-and-release ponds, 150 acres to explore that are home to Elk, Oryx, axis and more! It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
