This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

You will feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.
